Happy Halloween, Grafton!

The forecast for Halloween on Sunday calls for a shower of candy, with possible Northern Lights.

Grafton Police will be monitoring traffic on South Street between 5-8 p.m., potentially limiting vehicles to only those driven by South Street residents if the crowd gets too thick. With COVID-19 limiting trick-or-treaters last year, its expected to be a busy night for Grafton’s most-decorated Halloween Street, as shown in the above photo by Steven Belfiore.

Sunday, temperatures are expected to be in the 60s, with temperatures dipping into the 50s late in the day. There is a chance the glowing green Northern Lights may be visible in the sky — an appropriately spooky manifestation.
