Don’t forget: Grafton Farmers Market starts Wednesday in a new location

The Grafton Farmers Market opens for its 13th season Wednesday and while the concept is the same — local products and produce, sold fresh — this year is going to force a change of habit.

It’s a simple change, really: don’t head for Grafton Common, which will undergo a massive renovation this summer. Go to the Municipal Center, where market vendors will set up shop in the rear.

What can you look forward to seeing this year?

A full vendor list has not been released, but a couple of newbies have been announced:

The Get Baked Potato Company offers “freshly baked potatoes that are truly out of this world.” The Northbridge-based food truck features gourmet potatoes, ranging from the basic butter and salt to macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, yellow coconut curry, or even a sweet potato topped with miso butter and fresh chives.

Bread Guy Breads, which regularly sells out minutes after posting their weekly order form, will be bringing cinnamon rolls, sourdough loaves, and other yeasty treats to market.

The Grafton Farmers Market will be open every Wednesday at the Municipal Center, 2-6 p.m.
