Letter: Brown endorses Lisa Rice for Select Board

Dear Grafton Voters,

We find ourselves being called again to the ballot box for an important Select Board election on October 29th and I encourage you to join me in voting for Lisa Rice. 

Lisa is a consistent face in Grafton government, whether in attendance at the Tri-Committee Meeting of the Select Board, Finance Committee, and School Committee and the Town Administrator Outreach Meeting or as a member of the Library Building Committee. Lisa has an insatiable and tireless enthusiasm for engaging and educating voters like you and I on all matters concerning our amazing town. 

Because of her unwavering and dependable involvement in town government, Lisa has a deep understanding of the strengths of each department and is therefore able to get to work for us on day one. What I also admire about Lisa is that she is not afraid to hold people accountable for what they say they will do, but also find ways to support those people to achieve successful outcomes for Grafton. Many examples of this quality in action were displayed during her time serving on the Finance Committee. 
I’m very excited for the prosperity of intelligent data-driven decision making that Lisa Rice can bring to the Select Board.
