Letter: Mulvey endorses Ann Marie Foley for Select Board

I was very happy to hear that Ann Marie had decided to throw her hat into the ring and run for Select Board. She has boundless energy and cares deeply for our community.

I have known Ann Marie for 20-plus years. When I was on the School Committee, Ann Marie would often bring to my attention opportunities to improve our district. Her approach was always that of “here is something WE could do” — and there was always an offer of participation in the work.

Our town continues to grow and evolve. I believe that Ann Marie’s focus on growth, environment, and equity would be an extremely valuable asset to the board. I hope that my fellow Graftonites will join me in voting for Ann Marie. I wholeheartedly support her candidacy and believe she will work very hard to serve and support our wonderful town.
