Grafton Municipal Center re-opens Monday after drop in COVID-19 cases

Grafton is once again its favorite color — green.

Even better? This is COVID-19 green, meaning that the state Department of Public Health has designated it a low-risk community due to a drop in confirmed cases.

Grafton has had 991 confirmed cases since March 2020, 421 since the start of 2021.

The new designation allows the town to reopen the Municipal Center to the public, without appointment, as of Monday.

The offices inside, however, will remain closed and all transactions will be handled through customer service windows. Masks will be required inside the building.

The outside drop boxes will remain for those who do not want to venture inside.
