Grafton Food Bank launches calling system for clients
If you’re a client of the Grafton Food Bank and you’re suddenly getting phone calls from a wireless caller in Millbury, don’t worry â it’s not another telemarketer.
“The Board of the Grafton Food Bank would like to notify clients that we will begin using a mass notification calling system, in addition to our current forms of communication, to provide time sensitive and up to date information,” said Jessica Melo, president of the Grafton Food Bank. “When clients receive one of these calls, for now, it will show up with the Food Bank phone number (508-277-4535) as a wireless caller from Millbury, MA. We are working to refine this caller ID. Please spread the word to any Food Bank client you may know. We thank our clients for their continued patience and flexibility.”
The Grafton Food Bank is holding a Restock the Shelves Food Drive in preparation for drive up food distributions in the month of September.
