God will recognize you under the mask at Unitarian Universalist Church in-person services

The Unitarian Universalist Church sits on a corner of Grafton Common looking for all the world like a traditional church, in a traditional setting, in a traditional New England town.

From the outside.

On the inside, however, an altogether different spiritual practice is happening – one that emphasizes values over dogma, community connections, and justice for everyone.

On the inside, a multigenerational community of people from many religions, cultural and racial backgrounds, life experiences and identities, work together to build a community based on love and justice in the world.

On the inside, a community resides that recognizes the inherent good in all people, extends love and acceptance to everyone, embraces the worth and dignity of every individual, and fosters each others spiritual growth.

On the inside, Rev. Daniel Gregoire guides the community with lessons in spirituality and social justice drawn from many traditions.

On the inside, a Religious Education program provides wide-ranging, inclusive experience for all ages.

On the inside, a group of talented musicians create moving and inspirational arrangements, original pieces, and music videos used by congregations all over the country.

The community-building that happens inside the church on Grafton Common doesn’t just stay inside. It radiates out to the larger community through programs that support equality, respect, and opportunity for everyone. The church supports a wide range of social justice programs, community feeding programs, and scholarships.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Grafton is restarting in-person services on Sunday, September 12. At church services, masks will be required for all participants, except for infants and young children. Masks will only be removed by worship leaders when speaking.
