* DEADLINE EXTENDED* Having rent issues due to COVID-19? Affordable Housing Trust is offering assistance

The Grafton Affordable Housing Trust is offering an emergency rental assistance program for income-eligible residents who are having difficulty paying rent due to COVID-19 and have now extended the deadline to September 14.

If approved, eligible applicants can receive up to $2,000 per month towards rent for the period of July 1 – September 30, 2020. The application form may be downloaded above.

To be considered for the lottery, the Pre-Lottery Applicationmust be submitted by 11:59pm on September 14, 2020. The lottery will be held on September 10, 2020. All applicants will be selected and ranked for full application review. 

The Affordable Housing Trust has contracted with MCO Housing Services, LLC of Harvard, MA to administer the lottery and funding distribution on behalf of GAHT. These applications will be held solely by MCO Housing Services, LLC. You will receive a Lottery Code prior to the lottery and names will not be used in the lottery process to maintain your privacy
