December drawings: Silly Santa, stay out of the canes!

How does Santa stay fit when he’s not delivering presents? He runs happily through a storm of candy canes, of course!

Jax Mayo, 5, is today’s guest artist in our countdown to the end of 2020, which features daily drawings of holiday and winter scenes drawn by Grafton children.

Do you have a budding artist in your home? We’re still taking submissions from children and teens, ages 5-17. Email jennifer@graftoncommon.com with a photo of the artwork and the child’s name and age. If it isn’t quite obvious what the picture depicts, please include a description of the artist’s vision for the piece.
