Build your ideal Grafton Town Administrator by answering Screening Committee’s survey

The Grafton Town Administrator Screening Committee is pleased to invite residents to share their thoughts regarding the experience and attributes they would like the community’s next Town Administrator to possess. 

“We are very interested in hearing residents’ recommendations regarding the experience and attributes they would like to see in their next Town Administrator,” said Mark Haddad, Chair of the Grafton Town Administrator Screening Committee. “It is important that Grafton’s citizens are an integral part of the Town Administrator selection process.” 

The committee has created a Grafton Town Administrator Public Input Form that residents are invited to complete to assist in identifying the experience and attributes desired in the next Town Administrator. The survey can be completed online at: https://forms.gle/xSRC9PkmM52bdyrb6.

The Town has hired the consulting firm Community Paradigm Associates, founded by Principal Bernard Lynch, to guide and assist in the Town Administrator search process.
