December Drawings: Snow day! Let’s go out and play

If you’re a parent of a child who has gone through the Grafton elementary schools, you’re quite familiar with the holiday concerts, usually featuring wriggling kids singing “It’s a snow day!”

That probably isn’t happening in 2020.

Rosalie Perry, 4, contributed this drawing of showing her and her brother playing in the snow as part of our countdown to the end of 2020, which features daily drawings of holiday and winter scenes drawn by Grafton children.

Do you have a budding artist in your home? We’re still taking submissions from children and teens, ages 5-17. Email jennifer@graftoncommon.com with a photo of the artwork and the child’s name and age. If it isn’t quite obvious what the picture depicts, please include a description of the artist’s vision for the piece.

We’ll finish out the year with a full gallery of all the contributed artwork.
