An allegedly intoxicated driver left a trail of vehicle parts from Grafton to Upton early Sunday morning after striking a utility pole.

Upton Police tracked down the heavily damaged vehicle and transported the driver to a local hospital for minor injuries. The driver, whose name has not been released, was also placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence.
