VIDEO: GHS Theatre performs ‘Grease’ number — remotely
Director Lisa Scarlett still holds out hope that maybe, possibly, Grafton High School Theatre students, who were hard at work on “Grease” before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down school, will be able to put on their show.
But with cast, crew, and staff stuck at home, it seemed that Rydell High, Sandy, Danny, the Pink Ladies and T-Birds would also be stuck in quarantine.
Scarlett decided to keep her cast’s spirits up by asking them to put on a show — just a few lines at a time, from home. The resulting spliced together clips? Check out “Summer Lovin’.”
As they say in theater, the show must go on.
