Mosquitos. The answer is mosquitos.

The Central Mass Mosquito Control Project will be spraying for mosquitos on July 1, 7, 15, 22, and 29.  Dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, mosquito populations, and mosquito virus activity.

Grafton became part of the Central Mass Mosquito Project in 2019 after about a dozen people in Massachusetts, including a Grafton man, were diagnosed with Eastern Equine Encephalitis. Four people died.
