Residents’ video captures attempted car break-in
An attempted motor vehicle break-in was captured on video last week, and Grafton Police are now seeking that man, wanted for a string of a similar incidents in North Grafton.
The video was turned in to police on October 9, police reported on their Facebook page.
“No entry had been gained, though the caller’s Ring camera video captured a vehicle and an individual attempting to enter the vehicles,” they wrote. “The on-camera time of the incident is 5:10 am. Later that morning, other calls were received from residents on Magill Drive who reported that their unlocked vehicles had been entered.”
Police are seeking a grey/silver SUV, possibly Jeep Grand Cherokee. The operator appears to be a white male wearing a PUMA pullover sweatshirt, camo style pants and white sneakers.
Anyone recognizing the vehicle or individual in the photo is asked to contact the Grafton Police Detectives office at 508-839-2858 Ext. 227.
