Grafton SEPAC names 61 ‘Everyday Heroes’
Sixty-one people were recently recognized as Everyday Heroes by the Grafton Special Education Parent Advisory Council.
The annual award honors educators, staff and students nominated for making a difference in the lives of Grafton’s students with special needs. Recipients receive a framed certificate recognizing their achievement and a $20 Amazon gift card (2 gift cards for the 11 double nominees).
In addition to individual awards, SEPAC also gifted each school $200 to use to support special education resources and inclusion in their schools.
“It has certainly been an unprecedented year, and we are thrilled that we were able to recognized the effort put forth by each school and these amazing educators and staff to support all students,” SEPAC noted in its announcement.
