Do not enter the Municipal Center — unless you are wearing a mask
With COVID-19 cases once again on the rise in Worcester County, Grafton is asking residents to mask up before entering the Municipal Center, or any other town building.
The buildings, which were closed to the public for much of the pandemic, will remain open without appointment. Staff are also mandated to wear masks when in public areas of the building or when interacting with the public.
Worcester County has seen 950 positive test results for Covid in the past two weeks, according to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
The Delta Covid variant, a highly infectious viral shift, has caused cases to rise even among those who are vaccinated. The CDC has advised that masks be worn indoors in public places.
