Are you ready to garden? Online Plantapalooza Plant Sale starts Thursday

Community Harvest Project will hold its annual Plantapalooza Plant Sale Fundraiser through an online store opening to the public Thursday to Monthly Givers and Friday through its email list.

All proceeds from this sale will support Community Harvest Project’s mission to donate fresh fruits and vegetables for local hunger relief.

Plant selection will be limited to vegetables but will include several varieties of hot peppers, heirloom tomatoes, Victory Garden packages and other vegetables perfect for home gardens. The first 600 orders will receive two free tomato plants.

Orders will be available for pick up Friday, May 15 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the farm in Grafton (37 Wheeler Road). To adhere to social distancing guidelines set by the CDC and State of Massachusetts, pick up will be limited to eight people per 15 minutes and pick up times will have to be selected before checking out online.

Delivery will be available for customers in Grafton for $1.
