Annual flu clinic requires appointments, Covid safety

The Grafton Board of Health will be holding its annual flu clinic at the Municipal Center Gym on December 3, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Appointments are required and paperwork must be completed prior to coming in for an appointment.

In order to maintain social distancing and allowing enough time to sanitize in between each person the following MUST be adhered to: 

• You MUST make an appointment or you will not be allowed into the Clinic. 
• You MUST fill out ALL your paperwork ahead of time and make a copy of your insurance cards and attach the copy to the paperwork (pens, clipboards, copy machines will not be available at this clinic).
• You MUST wear a mask.You MUST be 18 years of age and older.

DIRECTIONS:  Enter through the driveway to the Senior Center off Brigham Hill Road.  Someone will be at the top of the hill to assist you.  You can only gain access into the building through the first ramp entrance into the Senior Center which is where you will be checked in. You will then be guided into the gymnasium where the nurses will be set up to administer your shot. When you are done you will be guided out the opposite door so you can exit through the second ramp only.
