March is the month to donate to the Grafton Food Bank
March 1 kicks off the Grafton Food Bank Annual Appeal, and after a challenging two years of COVID-19 and increased unemployment, the food bank continues to help residents experiencing hard times.
“The Grafton Food Bank had a busy, productive, and challenging year in 2021 where the organization served nearly twice the number of families than in 2019; reopened in-person food shopping; increased our community partners; and added additional shopping hours on distribution days,” according to a release from the Grafton Food Bank’s board.
“While we are still managing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to operate in a modified capacity, your contribution to the Grafton Food Bank 2022 Annual Appeal will immediately help decrease food insecurity for friends, neighbors and the growing number of families in the community in need. Our commitment to fulfilling the mission of the Grafton Food Bank is unwavering and we thank you in advance for your support.”
