Grafton Police release statement decrying George Floyd death; second Black Lives Matter protest set for Sunday
Grafton will turn out again in a peaceful protest for Black Lives Matter Sunday at noon in front of Grafton High School.
Like the first protest Thursday, its intent is a peaceful display of support for Black people in the wake of national unrest after the death of George Floyd, who died as a Minneapolis Police officer kneeled on his neck.
The second protest will “amplify Black voices,” the invite notes.
