Reno named director of religious exploration at Unitarian Universalist Society
Cherilyn Reno has joined the Unitarian Universalist Society of Grafton and Upton (UUSGU) as director of Religious Exploration.
Reno comes with a strong background in religious education, and a commitment to help children sort through the barrage of information they face in today’s world, according to a church release.
UUSGU offers a variety of programs for elementary school age children through high school. The UUSGU Religious Exploration program helps students understand other cultures and traditions, start a spiritual journey for life, and examine complicated social justice questions.
Unitarian Universalism is based on seven principles that serve as strong values and a moral guide for our congregation. We honor all background and beliefs, and embrace the search for social justice in the world.
